MILAN, Jan.13 (Reuters) – Europe’s largest public utility, Enel, plans to list its network services business in 2023, CEO Francesco Starace said in an interview with Italian daily La Repubblica published on Thursday.
This year, Enel will find an industrial partner for the new company, called Gridspertise, added Starace.
“Gridspertise, as the new company is called, will start in 2022 as a separate company to improve and provide all customer services around the world. It will already have an industrial partner this year and for 2023 we anticipate listing, ”said Starace. The Republic.
Starace reiterated that Enel also plans to build and list its network of electric car charging stations.
